這次野人要獻曝的是 FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION

我讓WIKI來說說這是甚麼東東

A functional specification (also, functional spec, specs, functional specifications document (FSD), or Program specification) in systems engineering and software development is the documentation that describes the requested behavior of an engineering system. The documentation typically describes what is needed by the system user as well as requested properties of inputs and outputs (e.g. of the software system).

A functional specification does not define the inner workings of the proposed system; it does not include the specification of how the system functions will be implemented. Instead, it focuses on what various outside agents (people using the program, computer peripherals, or other computers, for example) might "observe" when interacting with the system.

淺詞大意呢  就是說  在PROJECT中  這文件是提供所想要達成的系統要求的記錄清單

這文件是IT和使用者之間的橋樑  可以將使用者想要的新功能或是新工具 在這文件裡  用IT和使用者都懂的文字語言記錄下來  

有點像  去餐廳點菜  客人看著菜單點了個"龍鳳呈祥"  侍者送給廚房的點菜單上寫了"魚雞雙拼"   廚師就知道要做甚麼菜了 

再看一次這個例子

去餐廳點菜(PROJECT)  客人看著菜單點了個"龍鳳呈祥"(USER REQUIREMENT)  侍者送給廚房的點菜單上寫了"薰魚油雞雙拼"(FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION)   廚師就知道要做甚麼菜了(TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION) 

基本上 寫這份文件的人  需要橫跨這兩個領域  要懂IT  要很了解新工具或是新流程裡裡外外  

也要很清楚使用者的需求和規矩  才可以讓大家滿意

這文件是根據我幾次INTERVIEW下來的印象所寫

寫的目的  純粹只是想提供個小範本給老闆參考用
